Hiring Senior Account Manager for a Staffing Company

Experience: 3–8 years

Location: Bengaluru

You should be

  • Someone with 3-8 years of experience in sales and relationship-building with startups (working with India-based
  • Series B/C/D startups will be a plus) with a track record of success.
  • Proven experience in account management, lead generation, and the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Demonstrated experience selling to founders, VPs, or CXOs, irrespective of geography.
  • A track record of closing deals upwards of Rs 5 Lakhs,
  • Prior experience working in an early or growth-stage startup with an employee size between 100 to 1000.
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven, you should be comfortable analyzing data and patterns to drive decision-making processes.
  • Background in the tech (developers) domain or the hiring space is preferred.
